This tender is to support provision of an integrated and effective welfare and benefits support service for our patients, in recognition of the vital need to address these issues for holistic patient care. This contract will support a welfare benefits support service that is patient centred and sensitive to individual's physical, psychological and emotional needs. Patients will be provided with comprehensive information in accessible formats describing basic benefit entitlements along with signposting to and co-ordination of community and statutory resources.
