There are estimated to be 14 occasions per year. There may be other occasions when there is a requirement for medical cover. The recommended guideline for first aid requirements are as follow: - All events/functions will require a minimum of an ambulance with crew for crowd up to 5,000. - Additional First Aiders will be required depending on the duration, location and type of activities of the events/functions organised.
