In doing so the L&P team will have to deliver the largest land referencing and acquisition process in more than 70 years, managing tens of thousands of land and property records, thousands of land parcels and hundreds of stakeholder groups. This work is a key enabler to the successful construction of HS2 and delays to this process could impact overall timeframes. The HS2 L&P Team requires professional support to acquire the land and property needed for the Land assembly.
