A risk assessment is required with DWG/PDF schematic every 2 years There is a requirement to: •identify and assess the sources of risk •prepare a scheme for preventing or controlling the risk •to implement, manage and monitor precautions •to keep a record of the precautions and, appoint a person to be managerially responsible.
