There are, however, an increasing number of activity strands where we do not have an existing evaluation methodology. There is a requirement to develop suitable metrics (either pure outcome measures or robust output proxy measures) so that we can better understand the true value of all our activities in growing inbound tourism and making Britain an increasingly aspirational destination for international tourists. Please see attached brief for full Tender requirements. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
