Replace all ground floor external glazed openings (Flats 1,4 & 5) with laminated 11.2mm anti-bandit glass windows/doors in robust frames to comply with UK A/B glazing standards. The upgrade also includes top and bottom solid infilled panels to the same standards. - Above ground floor replace all glazed openings with double glazed window/door units in uPVC frames to UK standards. - Windows to have multiple locking points around the perimeter of the opening sash. - Install sliding insect screens to all openings.
