We are expecting to go to market before the end of November 2016. This replaces the previous notice. The Authorities will be looking to appoint a new framework with up to 4 lots covering different value bands, to contractors for Design and Build Services that will be used to deliver Works for a range of construction projects primarily across Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. This Framework will be open to all of LGSS including: Partners and other organisations delegating services and/or functions to LGSS (currently Cambridgeshire County Council, Northamptonshire County Council, Milton Keynes Council, Norwich City Authority and Northampton Borough Council) who participate in LGSS' shared services venture; New LGSS customers seeking to utilise LGSS frameworks on an independent third party basis. - Any city, district, borough or other local authority within the counties of any LGSS partner authority (currently Cambridgeshire County and Northamptonshire County) including Northamptonshire Partnership Homes; - Any companies or organisations set up by participants in LGSS; - Any school, academy, university or other educational establishment within the counties of any LGSS partner authority (currently Cambridgeshire County and Northamptonshire County); and - Members of the local authority purchasing group, Central Buying Consortium (CBC).
