The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 Type of services – Health and Social Services. The tender procedure will be undertaken to establish a Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will commence on 21st November 2016 and will be for 2 years with the possibility to extend for a period or successive period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council. Although the Framework Agreement will be for this period, individual call-off Service Agreements may run past the expiry of the Framework Agreement.
