Investigative works undertaken by both the tiling and specialist testing teams have identified major problems with the screed / render onsite and that a full screed, render and tile replacement is required urgently. Given the condition of the pool, a full drain down is required to undertake these works, and the drain down process will need to be carried out carefully, in a controlled manner. As time is of the essence for this project, only contractors who can meet the timetable set out in the ITT, and have the relevant experience, should submit a tender for the work.
