It is anticipated that the lead contractor on the framework will undertake the majority of works. In the event that the lead contractor is unable to undertake a particular piece of work, it will be offered to the next highest ranking contractor who is able to undertake the work – Please also note – For jobs which are of a larger value the authority may at its own discretion undertake a mini competition. A minimum of three and a maximum of five contractors will be awarded a place on the framework.
