All existing providers MUST reapply to continue providing this service from 01 July 2015. All providers that wish to submit an application form, whether existing or new providers, must read the attached documents (available on the Bravo website). Please note that under ‘Any Qualified Provider’ contracts there will be no guarantees of volume in the contracts awarded. Further, prices are set. All providers who wish to apply must do so by completing the Qualification questionnaire and Technical questionnaire which can be accessed through BravoSolution. Providers will need to comply with NHS West Kent CCG policies. The Bravo Messaging system for questions from Applicants will close on Friday 08 May 2015 at 12 noon, allowing time for answers to be posted and applicants to complete their applications by the reply by date of Monday 18 May 2015 at 12 noon. If Applicants are asked Clarification Questions during the Evaluation Stages, they have 48 hours in which to respond. Please ensure that you have staff available to answer the questions, which will be sent to you by email. Failure to respond in the given time could adversely impact your application. An electronic tendering tool is being used for this procurement.
