The Landing will present and drive a unified vision for industry engagement across its overall footprint but there is an opportunity for the Operator of the Post-Production hub to present its own brand as a public-facing marketed entity. The Landing will manage the income generated by Operators and pay the Operators a percentage fee in return. The Operator will be contracted to achieve a level of income sufficient to balance the targeted project costs.
