Your tender should be submitted on the enclosed Form of Tender and accompanied by completed Tender Documents and must be returned via the College’s electronic tender management system, “In-Tend”, no later than 12 Noon on Tuesday 5th May 2015: • It is the responsibility of the tendering contractor to ensure that their electronic submission is uploaded by the above prescribed time as the “In-Tend” system prevents uploading after the stated time. It is, therefore, recommended that submissions are uploaded in good time and not left to the last moment • If the tenderer fails to upload their submission to “In-Tend” by the prescribed time the Tender will not be deemed to have been submitted on time. • Any obvious errors in pricing or errors in arithmetic will be dealt with as stated in the form of Tender.
