The demolition is of 1 no. two storey brick built office block, 2 no. two storey brick built mixed use buildings and a number of ancillary buildings of various construction (brick, block, timber, concrete sectional) including access ramps and retaining walls as described in Section 3.2 of the Specification Documents.
