These are absolutely essential and critical services; not having access to a communications network or fixed andmobile telephones is not an option for CQC. Office based CQC staff need to be able to connect to the CQC network to access ICT services such as desk telephones, email, theY drive, CRM, the internet and ESR and SBS.
