One of the services delivered by Ashfield Homes is a 24 hour Call Monitoring (Lifeline) service to older and vulnerable residents. Dispersed alarms installed in service users homes are linked to our 24 hour Monitoring Centre. In the event of an emergency service users activate the alarm and help is raised by the Monitoring Centre. Ashfield Homes is seeking to engage a contractor(s) to undertake the following:- - Lot 1 The provision of the monitoring Centre Platform and Software - Lot 2 – The provision of dispersed alarms.
