We require a device to maintain a suspension of living Chinese Hamster Ovary cells in controlled fed-batch culture. At least 4 completely independent units are required, capable of controlling and recording temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, CO2 intake, feed-addition and rotational speed over a 12-20 day culture.
