This will include the supply and installation of all replacement parts ( see limits to liability detailed in Appendix D - Specification). The appointed contractor will also provide an emergency call out facility. The contract will be for a maximum duration of 3 years, covering an initial period of 3 years plus an option of extending for a further 2 periods of 1 year (3+1+1=5) The original, signed, tender must be returned by no later than (12) mid-day on Tuesday 12 May 2015.
