The evidence base will be of sufficient quality and scope to ensure that at the conclusion of such debates, decision-makers will be able to assess whether: taxpayers receive a value for money road sign lighting asset; road users safety is optimised within the constraints of network operators budgets and; roadworker are not exposed to a level of risk which is disproportionate to the accident risk reduction for the road user. Please note that the outer maximum budget for this procurement is £140,000 and the services must be delivered within this range. Transport for London requires you to confirm your interest in taking part in a tender for these research services.
