The works are to undertake rainwater goods replacement with a deeper and wider section cast iron alternative gutter, renewal of flashing detail between the addition and main farm house. Minor roof tile repair or replacement to match existing and external decoration to pre painted surfaces. External Guttering refurbishment, roof repairs and external fabric repair and decoration to the Listed Manor Farm House Museum. External decoration to windows,doors, masonry.
