The Yorkshire and Humber Region now wishes to commission an intensive piece of work to assist the Local Authorities, the Trust and the Voluntary Sector partners in the region to have in place a detailed transition plan by 31st March 2016 for regionalising adoption services. A series of Project Boards and Task Groups are in place and have done a significant amount of work to gather information and establish an agreed direction. Some detailed modelling work is now needed to help define in more detail the financial, staffing and governance arrangements A contractor is required to provide a high quality planning and transitional service.
