This work will primarily help to inform the feasibility and concept stage of project delivery. There will be two lots within the framework: •Lot 1 - Architectural services – covering RIBA Plan of Work 2013 stages 0-2 (including preliminary cost information). Three suppliers are required to provide these services. •Lot 2 - Identification of statutory undertakings and easements. Three suppliers are required to provide these services. It is recognised that organisations may want to provide services in respect of both Lots.
