The contract will initially be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2016 with the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years as single 1 year extensions at the discretion of the Council. Please note this provision falls within the 'Light Touch Regime' (LTR) for Health, Social, Education and certain other service contracts. The LTR provides flexibility with regards procurement procedures. The Council is tendering this contract through the London Tenders e-tendering portal, our method of advertising and managing contract opportunities.
