The intention is to undertake a full strip out of the existing spaces to form generous and functional arrival spaces with welcoming and informative reception points. Alongside the main events areas on each level there will be new WCs, cloakrooms, lobbies and kitchens to serve the space. The purpose of this enabling works package is to strip out the space and reveal the existing structure prior to the main fit-out refurbishment works.
