The current unit is situated on the North West elevation of the site and the proposed extension is to be located over the existing road/parking area as highlighted on the attached plan. (Approximate area of 400m2, Value £2.2m). Consultants required include Architect (Appointed Principal Designer under CDM 2015) , Mechanical & Electrical designers, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyor and BREEAM assessor.
