The main roof has been designated for the purpose of this tender into three areas (A to C) with the works required being as follows: •Roof A (Replaced) - Finishing works (termination bars, clearance etc.) required. •Roof B (Partially Complete) - The area is to be cleared of any stored material and debris with the materials disposed of. •Roof B (Partially Complete) – Finishing works (completion) required. However there will be a provisional item to core sample to ensure still dry beneath and if necessary the roof area will be stripped completely, insulated and new coverings applied. •Roof C and Link (Original) – To be cleared, fully stripped, insulated and new roof coverings applied. The lift motor room roof is also to be fully stripped and new roof coverings applied. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
