The effectiveness of the model as a whole, and the interplay between the three main elements of the programme iii. The impact the model has had on the quality (breadth, reach, defining and agreeing outcomes; influence on decision making; listening and acting) of the engagement by the CCG iv. The impact on the decision making and commissioning activities of the CCG - To determine whether the engagement model is meeting its aims and objectives vi. To determine patient leader, people’s council members, voluntary and community organisations and CCG staff experience of the programme vii. The process of programme delivery, through feedback from participants viii. Can value for money be demonstrated in how programme funds are used? ix.
