The area is shown on highlighted red on attached plan 17245 and is a single storey timber framed port-a-cabin designed structure approximately 12m x 10m which has been in situ since the late 1980s. Internally there are of a number of partitioned offices, a kitchen area, and two toilets. Externally there is a footpath surrounding the building and access ramps and steps which are to be removed completely. The structure sits on concrete strip footings on unmade ground. All services disconnections will be arranged by North East Derbyshire District Council prior to the demolition works taking place.
