The purpose of this invitation is to identify a qualified supplier to provide the required product detailed in this request for quotes specification. This work involves the following: - Producing the operating philosophy, liaising with the control engineer modifying the control software of the engine. - Produce safe operating procedures, emergency shut-down procedure and risk assessments. - Lead the HAZOP studies.
