Local Authorities within the West Midlands are in the process of establishing a Combined Authority (CA) within the region. Several work streams of activity have been established to progress this proposal. Sandwell MBC on behalf of the CA have a requirement for a commission to be undertaken to build on the existing body of work completed to date for the CA and develop from this, an infrastructure and investment strategy that meets the aspiration of the CA’s Strategic Economic Plan.
