This contract involves qualitative research with claimants as part of the wider evaluation of the Intensive Activity Programme trial. The work will provide detailed evidence on the nature of support being offered with the IAP programme, perceptions of effectiveness of the programme among claimants and its role in moving claimants closer to the labour market and into work.
