The Contracting Authority wishes to commission a Cervical Cytology Screening (including HPV testing) Laboratory service; and have issued a request for information (RFI) document to further understand the capacity within the market. NHS England – North commissioners to further understand the capacity. ### Accessing RFI Documentation NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this market engagement and communicate with organisations who have expressed an interest. Accordingly, all communications and submissions will be conducted via the In-Tend portal, [in-tendhost.co.uk/necs](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/necs).
