This will be on the basis of a Break Clause Lease rent-free 7-year period. The area of the Café includes the preparation area, the servery and the 36-cover seating area adjacent to the main reception and overlooking the pool hall. The Café area also enjoys views out to the landscape beyond. Tenders are invited for the provision of Cafe Concession for Derbyshire Dales District Council.
