This programme includes European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as one of the funding streams to support a number of key growth priorities such as innovation, research and development and support for Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME) . As part of this programme the Productivity and Capability Enhancement (PACE) project, which is part funded through ERDF and delivered by the iNet through Loughborough University, will deliver a programme of support to Leicester and Leicestershire (Local Enterprise Partnership area. The project will assist SMEs to increase their capabilities, productivity and competitiveness and take calculated risks in implementing new products, processes and service improvements. Activities include SME revenue and capital grants and market access support.
