The Council are seeking a provider with a proven track record of managing and delivering high quality mental health services. The Council is offering a single contract. The successful provider might sub-contract some or all of the service, or be the lead provider for a Consortium, or deliver the service in its entirety. Providers will provide targeted community based to help people to improve and maintain their mental health with an emphasis on recovery, self-management, independence and overall wellbeing. They will also develop peer support and self-help opportunities to ensure equitable access to local support and to empower people with mental ill health to support each other in their recovery journey.
