The new academic building should be ready for the University to commence its fit out by February 2017; the remainder of the site’s masterplan involves remodelling works to the existing main building facing Peckham Road including a new windows, improving accessibility generally by works to the externals, lower ground, ground and first floor. These works will need to be carefully coordinated with Hollybrook’s work elsewhere on the site and the fit out works, so as to keep the site operational. UAL’s aim is to have the new site operational by September 2017.
