Owner’s Engineer will provide technical assistance and advisory services during the procurement of the EPC Contractor (and separately the M&E contractor) up until financial close of the Project, and at Owner’s option during the construction phase. Additional information: Estimated contract value stated is for procurement phase of EPC contract only, and does not include construction-period services, if any. Similarly, contract end date is the estimated contract end date for completion of procurement phase services.
