The works are to undertake full refurbishment of a fire damaged visitors' information centre. The works include replacement of internal and external windows and doors. Replacement of all internal finishes to walls and soffits. Full rewiring, Replacement of kitchenette and accessible WC fittings and fixtures, wall tiling and grab rails. Throughout replace all floor coverings and decorations. External works to include replacement of Four roller shutters. Replace fascia board and roof edge trim as detailed in specification. Replacement of fire detection and fire fighting equipment and security alarm.
