However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) seeks to create a Framework for Asbestos surveys, sampling and analysis of possible asbestos containing materials and Works for the Removal of such materials and Reinstatement of disturbed areas. The contract will be let for a 12 month period and have the ability to be annually extended for a maximum of 4 years overall, subject to the performance of the Service Provider being judged completely satisfactory at the annual review.
