The Trust’s Data Warehouse is an essential enabler of the day-to-day provision of information, which includes national, statutory and financial reporting. It is a central repository of data for the majority of the Trust’s information systems. The Trust require their Data Warehouse to integrate with an Electronic Patient Record administration platform called ‘Lorenzo’, which will ‘go live’ in October 2016, and with over 30 other information sources. The Trust must achieve 2 key objectives as a result: - A fully tested ‘fit for purpose’ Warehouse must ‘go live’ by October 2016 to ensure all statutory reporting – and therefore generation of Trust income - continues unhindered. - A Lorenzo-compatible, testable Warehouse must be available by April 2016, ready for a trial load exercise on Lorenzo due in May 2016.
