Under this contract eligible participants will be given access to weight management group intervention for 12 weeks and will be required to take part in regular cardio-vascular exercise over the 12 weeks to retain their eligibility. The weight management group intervention provider will undertake an initial lifestyle assessment of referred people, including barriers to change and weight loss, and if suitable give them access to the voucher scheme.
