There will be one provider and the clinical model will be based on a hub and spoke model with existing local acute trusts providing out patients and diagnostic services closer to the patients home. The new service is likely to commence on the 1st April 2017. NHS England invites expression of Interest for this project. Can you please complete the attached questionnaire and return by noon 17th February 2016.
