Bernicia are looking to put a Framework Contract in place for the Group to include, but not be restricted to the following: asbestos surveying / sampling, air monitoring, re-inspections and training services and non-licensed and licensed asbestos removal including remedial works. The Framework Contract will be let as two separate lots - - Lot 1 Management of asbestos services including asbestos surveying / sampling, air monitoring, re-inspections and training services. - Lot 2 Non-licensed and licensed asbestos removal including remedial works. While potential companies may submit bids for both lots, due to asbestos regulations, the same company cannot be awarded both lots. At tender stage, one company will be awarded per each lot. Applicants must be able to provide all of the asbestos services / works detailed in the specification for each lot. Contractors and Suppliers who require to be considered for this framework contract must register their expression of interest through the housing procurement portal. If not already registered, applicants should register on the housing procurement portal.
