[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Various Shopfitting requirements at various sites as per tender: Source materials, manufacture and install retail shop at Mansion Cottage, Kenwood House (London); Modification and new retail units at Hardwick Old Hall (Derbyshire); Manufacture and deliver 2 plant stands to Haughmond Abbey (Shropshire). Some design work will be required as part of the Kenwood House and Old Hardwick Hall work. You will also be required to work with some existing plans and make amendments were requested The following scope of work is included: • Work with English Heritage Contract Manager for the projects to ensure project s delivered on time and within budget. • Visit Site to take final measurements before manufacture • Strip out and disposal of old existing retail units including providing any skips needed • Source raw materials as specified for 3 Separate projects as outlined above • Provide samples of raw materials to be used to manufacture membership, plant stands and shop fixtures • Additional design work required for Hardwick Old Hall including a corner unit, modifications to DDA area of counter • Some design work required for book shelving at Mansion Cottage • Manufacture of all counter and units in retail shop this includes the fitting of any in built directional lighting (LSD light bulbs to be used) and any electrical spurs required to connect to power at Site • Manufacture all plant stands for Haughmond Abbey • Manufacture off Site and deliver to Sites. Note there may be restriction on size of vehicles that are able to access to Site.
