[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The mutualisation support package has the following objectives: - To support the completion of a robust business plan that secures formal spin out approval from the Parent Body in October 2015. - To support and choose the best legal form, and to embed employee and service user involvement in governance and setting up of the Board. 3.To support the completion of a transition plan, including appropriate independent financial and legal advice; and - To capture and share key learning and experience with other Parent Bodies and children’s services considering mutualisation.
