The DPS will be used to provide The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus with a list of Sub Contract Training Providers in a range of categories (as per table B identified within the Indicative Tender) from which the service providers will be invited to quote for individual packages of learning and development to meet needs as and when funds become available. For this first phase, The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus is seeking to procure provision for a Pilot Programme designed to motivate and engage with hard to reach offenders in a custodial setting and encourage them to engage more effectively with the prison regime. Phase 1 Indicative Tenders are required to be uploaded as part of a Pilot for evaluation between 22nd January 2016 and 4 pm on 23rd February 2016. After this deadline interested providers may apply and upload an Indicative Tender and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire at any time throughout the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System for evaluation regarding joining the DPS and if successful, consideration for future opportunities should they be made available. The Manchester College and its Operating Division Novus have identified that consistent training requirements need to exist across all establishments.
