The Framework Contract will commence 01st July 2016 and will run for a 48 month term. The Framework Contract has been established as a ranked list of two Contractors, whereby the Contracting Authority will issue a call-off order directly to the 01st ranked Contractor that can fully meet their requirements without re-opening competition. The Contractor ranked 2nd will only be required if the 01st ranked Contractor cannot fully meet all of the Contracting Authority's requirements.
