The document will be a vital piece of the evidence base to underpin a new Joint Local Plan between the two authorities. The completed study must becompleted in accordance with national guidance and be fully compliant with the NPPF and PPG. The completed study will be expected to be able to stand up to close scrutiny and examination through both the Local Plan process and in Development Management appeals. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
