[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Department for Communities and Local Government has commissioned a study to scope the analytical issues for assessing the impact of the changes to local audit arrangements which necessitate closure of the Audit Commission and have been given effect to by the Local Audit and Accountability Act and to identify, and collect, baseline data from which to evaluate longer term outcomes. (It is the intention that any interim and final evaluation will be commissioned at a later date.)
