The Council requires all aspects of stock options appraisal and stock transfer to comply with good practice and guidance from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Greater London Authority (GLA), Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and HM Treasury (HMT), and it is a Government expectation that tenants and leaseholders should benefit from the services of its own ITA to offer impartial advice during the process.
